Where a flight is operated by FLYYO S.R.L., FLYYO shall be the operating air carrier and the carriage shall additionally be subject to the carrier’s General Conditions of Carriage and applicable law.
These Terms govern access to the Fly2Galicia website and the purchase of flights and ancillary services.
By making a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms, the conditions of the selected fare, applicable baggage and check-in rules, the General Conditions of Carriage applicable to the flight, the Privacy Policy and any specific conditions displayed during booking.
A person booking on behalf of other passengers is responsible for communicating the applicable conditions to them.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued.
Customers must immediately verify passenger names, dates, flights, routes and services.
Passenger names must correspond to the travel document used for the journey.
Fly2Galicia may offer different fare families including Economy Go, Economy Plus, Economy Premium and Business Premium.
Unless otherwise stated during booking:

If the new fare is lower, the difference will not normally be refunded unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Economy Go, Economy Plus and Economy Premium fares are non-refundable.
Business Premium may be cancelled up to 4 hours before departure, with the eligible amount returned as Fly2Galicia credit or a voucher in accordance with the applicable fare conditions.
Statutory passenger rights arising from cancellations, significant delays or denied boarding remain unaffected.
The total mandatory price, including applicable taxes and charges, will be displayed before purchase.
Optional services will be shown separately.
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method. External payment service providers may process payment information in accordance with applicable law.

From 24 hours until 4 hours before departure, a random seat may be assigned free of charge where applicable.
Airport check-in normally opens 2 hours before departure and closes 40 minutes before scheduled departure, unless a different deadline applies at a particular airport.
Boarding may close approximately 10 minutes before departure.
Depending on the fare purchased, cabin baggage may include:
